  • Additions and Alterations Request Form - If you are planning to do ANY additions or alterations to your home, including landscaping changes that are the homeowner's responsibility, please be sure to submit your request via this form and submit to Wyndmuir Property Manager, Leanne Eveland, CMCA. Most items affecting the outside of your property DO require Board approval and must be approved by the Board prior to starting the project. Refer to the Association By-Laws for detailed information and requiremments and remember to check with the City of Crystal Lake on any permits that are required.
  • Owner Complaint Procedure - This procedure and cooresponding form outlines the necesarry steps that should be used if a homeowner would like to file a complaint regarding the actions of the Association, the Board of Directors, other homeowners, or association service providers.
